Q: When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be…

A: a veterinarian.


Q: How did you end up at Project Respect?

A: A friend saw the job posting and knew I had expressed a desire to help students maneuver through similar situations that I had endured at that age.


Q: What do you love most about working with Project Respect?

A: The relationships with my fellow co-workers.


Q: Favorite ice cream flavor?

A: Butter pecan


Q: What food can you not go without?

A: Pickles.


Q: What’s one of your best memories as a child?

A: Going on family vacations.


Q: If I could go anywhere in the world…

A: I would go to Alaska.


Q: People might be surprised to know…

A: that I’m a huge Marvel nerd.


Q: When I’m not in the classroom, scheduling and working on curriculum, I’m most likely to be found…

A: Relaxing on my couch with my cats.


Q: How do you relax?

A: Watching a movie with my husband.


Q: What was the last movie, TV show or book that made you emotional, cry or tear up?

A: Christopher Robin.


Q: Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want as a dinner guest?

A: Josh Dun or Tyler Joseph.


Q: Would you like to be famous? In what way?

A: No I wouldn’t; I love my life the way it is.


Q: What would constitute a perfect day for you?

A: Going to a cat coffee shop with my husband and my best friend, then catching a new Marvel movie in the recliner theaters followed by a nice meal of steak and potatoes.
